  10. Considering the first-ever MacLean GR5 underground road grader
already shipped to Africa and extra units
scheduled for manufacturing plant production, the newest addition for
the MacLean line of Mine-Mate™ electricity vehicles, which
offers up a ruggedised, high overall performance mobile solution for keeping haulage
ramps in optimum condition, is ready being introduced to the mining world.

The GR5 mining vehicle is definitely evolution for MacLean, starting last 2018 when the
company collaborated using the specialty engineering firm, MEDATech, to be able to retrofit a battery-electric grader for Borden Gold
in north Ontario (then owned and also operated by Goldcorp).
Influenced by the engineering and manufacturing learnings from this one-off custom
project, MacLean embarked over a collaborative process to far better understand the grader car category, so that it may be successfully adapted from roads to underground mining software.

Working closely with highway grader industry
professionals originating from a former Canadian grader OEM having industry expertise, MacLean returned
to the drawing board to develop a fit-for-purpose design for that underground environment.
